WYSIWYG HTML editor Dynamic HTML Editor is a WYSIWYG editor that enables you to create CSS and table based web page designs, using a visual design interface that allows you to drag elements into place. You can insert images, apply drop shadow and other effects, use rectangular, round border shapes, image maps, forms and more. The program also allows for regular HTML code to be inserted if needed. Dynamic HTML Editor includes a collection of quality web site templates that you can use to get started. Other features include support for roll-over effects, PNG 32, integrated image resizing, import of existing HTML pages and more.

This wysiwyg editor is the best ever! This editor is not only very easy to use and w3c compliant in it's code (which is css) but it's also not expensive, has very powerful features and is also light on your system resources which is always a plus:-).
