It can be used for many purposes where you need to determine the country of origin for an IP address, and is particularly useful to analyze server log files and generate geographical statistics. Due to the built-in IP database you can process even large server logs in a matter of seconds and without the need for time consuming DNS lookups. CountryWhois can also convert URLs and domain names to their IP address and country of origin, and displays the results along with the associate country flag and links to additional online resources.
