CoolKeys is a hotkeys manager that allows you to launch programs, documents and websites via keyboard hotkeys. You can also perform various system actions like opening control panel items, changing volume, restarting your computer, minimizing windows, changing folder views and more, all without having to use your mouse (or touch pad). Other features include the ability to add website URLs directly from your browser and Windows Explorer integration.
