ContactCopy makes it easy to add contact information from any document or webpage and add it to Outlook, Excel, Microsoft CRM, Lotus Notes or Palm Desktop. The program features and advanced parsing engine that automatically scans the selected text for contact information and properly formats it so it can be added to your contacts database. To extract the information, simply select the text that contains the contact data and press a hotkey on your keyboard. You can then preview the extracted information in a generic contacts form and copy it to the selected contacts database with a single click. ContactCopy uses an advanced parsing engine that supports international address patterns, detects the country of the contact, and can be customized with custom rules if needed.
