The program offers an intuitive easy-to-use interface, that lets you open an image and then compare it in JPG, TIF, GIF, PNG and the original format, allowing you to decide which format offers the best quality/size ratio for your need. There are various settings available for the individual formats. You can also create progressive JPG files and interlaced GIF files, in which a low-resolution version of the image appears in a browser while the full image is downloading as well as transparent GIF files and lossless true color PNG files.
