CommonCents is a budgeting and personal finance software that uses the time proven `envelope method` for budgeting of your personal finances. It can automatically assign portions of your income to designated budget envelopes, allowing you to quickly see how much of your income is left for spending on other things. When you add a withdrawal, the money will be automatically deducted from the associated envelope (if any). The program can handle multiple financial accounts, including checking, savings, cash, and credit card accounts, as well as other asset or liability accounts. Other features include automated transactions, password protection, financial reports, import from OFX files, account reconciliation and more.
