SysResources Manager (formerly Clean MemXP) is a simple utility that enables you to defragment and free unused memory (RAM) to make it available for other applications. The program can do this on demand or periodically every X minutes. It also displays the current CPU and RAM usage, as well as hard drive utilization and running processes. SysResources Manager also includes a basic startup manager that lets you disable program that start automatically, a program launcher to run your favorite applications from the tray menu, and shortcuts to common Windows system options.
