decompile HTML Help files CHM Decoder is a simple tool to decompile HTML Help files (.chm). It extracts all the HTML source files into a new folder and optionally generates a Java navigation tree. The program is useful to convert CHM to HTML for the purpose of web publishing or viewing on other devices that do not support the .CHM format. It also supports command-line operation and batch processing.
