Calendar Commander is a calendar printing program that allows you to create a and print a variety of calendar types, including monthly, weekly, daily and yearly calendars. It includes many ready-to-use templates that can be customized or you can create your own calendar style from scratch with the included editor. You can include personal events and holidays and can also import schedules from .CSV files and export your calendar to image format.
Pros: Includes a good variety or ready-to-use templates
Cons: Dialogs are not very user friendly; no PDF or HTML export; you cannot simply click on a date to add and event
