disk cataloging tool Broken Cross Disk Manager allows you to catalog your disk collection as well as local folders or hard drives. It can index the content of archive files (ACE, ARJ, CAB, RAR and and ZIP) and supports CDDB and FreeDB lookup for Audio Cds. All the information is stored in a database, so you can search through your collection without having to insert the actual disks. Additional features include optional password protection, customizable export options and extended functionality through the use of plug-ins. The graphics plug-in (needs to be downloaded) enables you to extract thumbnails for image files and store them in the database, which allows you to preview pictures without inserting the disk.

Well i have 6 software cds of my own i used to find great difficulty in finding a specific s/f . Then i catalouged all my disks with Broken Cross Disk Manager and i use my software cds with ease.i recommend this sf to all.one database offers 30 catalouge in demo thats more than enough.i too had many mp3 cds but now finding a song in them is quite easy.i have used many catalougers but Broken Cross Disk Manager is best snapfiles rates it only 4 stars IT DESERVES 6 STARS OUT OF 5. showShow review details
