Shapes and text can be dragged around as you proceed to create your banner graphic and Banner Maker Pro also offers support for creation of animated banners. Once finished, the file can be saved as GIF or JPG.

I've used Banner Maker Pro for ages and is easy as pie to use and has everything you can need for web graphics. You can make buttons, logos and of course banners. Also you could make all sorts of different graphics if you can be bothered. It also has templates so everything thing a web designer is here. The one downside for me personally is it's a strange interface, but not a bad package all in all. One other thing that sometimes doesn't work as well as it should is when putting in text into your graphic but it's not a big problem. Show review details
