Perfect, but two little problems 5 stars by TwoEars Nov 13, 2009 (Read all my 26 reviews)
I have been using BackUp4All pro since 2 years with perfect pleasure. It is easy to use, complete while keeping things simple. But I have two little problems. The first one is that unless you took care to save the software configuration files themselves, using the program itself, there is no easy way to restore the configuration files manually. I could not find in the complete help system any indication of which and where about the various config files. I had difficulties re-installing all the jobs after changing my computer. IMHO, config files should be all at the same place, possibly and preferably in the software directory itself for easy retrieval. The second trouble is the lack of history track on the web site of the developers. I had a rather old version and was unable to find what was change since then. showShow review details
Thumbs-up to the Romanians! 5 stars by yassertariq Nov 21, 2007 (Read all my 86 reviews)
A wonderful application, it has all the features necessary for a backup-utility. It can even backup "open" files. If a backup-utility can backup Agnitum's Outpost then it's a worthy download. And Back4all did that! showShow review details
Its worth every penny! 4 stars by PeteJust Nov 13, 2005 (Read all my 3 reviews)
I am using Backy4All for about two years now, and I never had any serious problem with it. I have seen and tested others and I wasted a lot of time. But this software surprised me. It has a nice interface, and most of the features make sense (no unnecessary gadgets) and really are working. Its quite effective and not very difficult to configure backups: filters works as it should, before and after actions are handy, Backup logs are detailed enough and most important, you can rely on you backups. Whenever I needed support I first of all got an answer, second it was to the point, and third the response came within an reasonable time. showShow review details
