AutoCal for Outlook 2007
Outlook calendar add-on
AutoCal for Outlook 2007 enables you to quickly add appointments to your calendar, using a plain English phrase such as `6pm tomorrow meet with Steve'. The program will instantly parse the text and recognize most date and time details, and automatically create a calendar entry from it. You can preview the parsed results and make changes if needed or press Enter on your keyboard to add the calendar entry. The program integrates with the Outlook 2007 toolbar and adds a small button from where you can access it. There are some rules to follow, but overall the program is easy to use, fairly reliable and faster than the standard calendar entry dialog.
