find duplicate audio files Audio Dedupe enables you to find duplicate (or similar) audio files even if they are saved in different file formats, have different file names, and do not contain ID3 tags. Unlike standard duplicate finders, Audio Dedupe will actually `listen` to the content of the file and determine the similarity based on the audio sample and not the file properties. You can adjust the percentage of audio similarity that is required to consider a file to be a duplicate (70% is the default setting). Audio Dedupe can compare files from multiple folder locations and presents you with a list of results that are grouped and color coded. You can choose to auto-mark files based on smaller bitrate, shorter length and/or smaller file size files, and then choose to move or delete the selected files. Other features include support for standard CRC32 and file name comparison, optional caching and integrated audio preview. The program supports MP3, MP2, MP1, WAV, OGG and AIFF file formats.
