Outlook Attachment Alarm
reminds you to attach files
Have you ever send a message with a supposed file attachment, just to find out later, that you (again) forgot to attach the actual file? Outlook Attachment Alarm is an add-on for MS Outlook 2000/2002/2003 that reminds you to attach a file if the content of the message indicates it. You can create a list of personal keywords or phrases, that usually indicate that you are planning to attach a file (e.g `here is the file`), and the program will scan each message you are about to send and raise an alarm if any of the phrases are found but no file is attached. The program integrates into the Outlook Options dialog and is very easy to configure.
