AnalogX Atomic TimeSync enables you to set your computers clock using the same time used by the US military. It can use any NTP server (such as the one run by NIST) and sets your system clock and you can configure it to offset the time by any amount, periodically re-sync the time. The program even has a built-in NTP server, so that once you`ve synchronized one machine on your local network, you can automatically sync all of the other machines to it.
