application launcher Appetizer is a customizable, open source application launcher that you can use to gain quick access to your favorite programs, files and folders. You can easily add shortcuts via drag and drop or use the provided tool to import items from the Start Menu or other folders. The launcher can be sized to your preference (see screenshots) and minimized to the system tray when not in use. Appetizer also includes a handy Multi-Launch option that allows you to launch multiple applications or documents with a single click. Other features include support for plugins and skins, custom icons and support for special Windows shortcuts.
