manage your email replies AnswerTool is an email program add-on that allows you to save your frequently used answers (responses), then reuse them again and again without having to re-type them each time. The program allows you to organize the question/answers in different categories, using a tree-display. It can be configured to automatically paste the answer to the clipboard once a question is selected. This allows for easy pasting in your email response. Optionally, you can also drag and drop the answer into your reply. Additional features include formatting options and LAN sharing. AnswerTool is handy for customer support, investor relations, interacting with bidders in auctions, and other email-intensive jobs.
