It can automatically scan your registry for installed software titles ,making it less time consuming to populate the database with your software. The software is not smart enough though to recognize that Microsoft Hotfixes and security patches are not likely to have any registration information associated with them, and it also lacks support for some essential fields like registration expiration, or even the file location of the executable. All My Software also provides access to the uninstall dialog and offers a simple search feature, as well as automatic backup. Overall, a basic organizer , but still lacks some essential features to be considered good or better. The security level of the data encryption is undisclosed.

It's good, but I'm looking for better (and not finding it...) I was hoping for versioning (ability to enter a separate registration key for each upgrade I have purchased for some software packages. But this package forces you to enter that type info into a notes textbox. showShow review details
