match window colors to your wallpaper AeroBlend can automatically adjust the color of your windows and taskbar to match the current desktop wallpaper. The program works with manual background changes as well as slideshow modes. It uses uses a quick algorithm to obtain the average color of the wallpaper and then adjusts your window color accordingly. For those who take color coordination (too) seriously, the program has an option get the average color from the application icon or content of the currently active window (instead of the desktop background), which will automatically adapt your colors based on the application you are using.Look at our screenshots for some before/after examples.

Not as colorful as I hoped 3 stars by gimpguy Aug 01, 2011 (Read all my 654 reviews)
After a read through and screenshots, I thought there would be more to this. Well, at least in my experience, it didn't blend colors all too well. A few things I didn't like... 1. Sometimes (more so than not) the window colors get stuck, forcing you to click somewhere to get them to change 2. Too light of colors when blending, using near transparent can give you enough to see through, adapting to most backgrounds anyway 3. For other than background (recommended), the other options mainly changed to white or off white, also causing you to have to click to finalize a change or different window but didn't adapt too well to programs opened. Aside from that, It's alright if you like more solid than transparent windows. If you have near transparent, this will do you little good (obviously) and no fault of the program. I really didn't find this useful and more annoying to see my task bar keep changing colors. Others may find this useful however, it's still a nice program and free, would recommend trying it out. showShow review details
