Advanced Folders Watch allows you to create custom rules, that watch specified folder groups in Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Server, and inform you of new messages that meet your specified criteria. You can choose from a popup notification or a message post in a folder of your choice. The popup notification allows you to further process the message by copying, moving, responding etc. Even though Outlook already offers a rule based system for various tasks, Advanced Folders Watch offers greater flexibility and extended functionality to act upon notifications that are triggered by your filters. Works with Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003/2007.
