Actual Search & Replace enables you to perform search-and-replace operations across multiple text files. You can search for documents that contain a specified phrase or keywords and then replace, insert or remove text, based on your needs. The program offers support for multi-line or regular expressions, as well as search engine-style queries. It displays a excerpt of the found text and highlights they keyword matches. Additional features include filter options, backup/restore to Undo changes to files and more.
