Accent Excel Password Recovery allows you to recover the password for open-restricted Excel files. It does NOT support the password recovery of any workbook or sheet protection. If you have a XLS file and cannot open it due to a password prompt, you can use the program to run a brute force or dictionary attack in order to find the password. The speed of the recovery depends on length and complexity of the password, if you remember a portion of it, the chances are much higher for a fast recovery. The trial version is limited to recover 4 character password, which are usually recovered very quickly.
