You can even reboot the remote machine into Safe Mode and continue to operate the desktop. Remote Support System can automatically generate an invoice based on a connection fee and per-minute charge, using a customizable HTML template. Additional features include file transfer, text-chat, screen markup and more. The purchase price is based on your company size as determined by the number of employees (not actual users). The displayed price is based on a company with up to 4 employees. The trial version does not expire and can be used freely for non-commercial use (with a nag screen).
