PhotosReViewer allows you to generate image galleries from selected folders and photos on your hard drive and upload them to your FTP server or publish them directly from your PC, using the integrated web server. It offers some good features including drag and drop to arrange images in the gallery, as well as image conversion and slideshow generation. However the odd interface that uses a non-standard file selection scheme (mouseover to select and single click for action) really takes some getting used to and the complete lack of documentation may add to the confusion.
