disable the right mouse button BasicMouse (formerly BabyMouse) allows you to temporarily disable selected mouse buttons and keyboard keys. The program is intended to make it easier for small children to use the computer, eliminating the problem of accidental right-clicks causing the context menu to pop up. By disabling selected (or all) keyboard keys you can also prevent access to keyboard functions or macro commands (web browser, email program etc.). Other features include options to disable the Task Manager and the Start Menu, as well as a built-in web browser, optimize for kids.
