I find this software to be very easy to use. However, it does not have its own decrypter, I don't like the fact that I have to go to another website to download a decrypter. Also, with or without decrypter, this software cannot get around bad sector, therefore, I am not always able to copy movies. I have encounter this problem very often. When I go to the help section of this software to solve this problem I follow the instructions or suggestions given and yet the problem is not resolve. Therefore I rate the features to be poor at best. showShow review details
