E-File Magic create 1098, 1099, 5498, W-2G forms for e-filing with the IRS. You can create single forms manually or import data from existing files. Once the information has been entered or imported, you can print Copy 1, 2, B, and C on plain laser paper. E-File Magic requires all forms to be filed electronically with the IRS, but you can also request printing/mailing services at an additional charge. The software has no licensing charge, however, it requires E-Filing services to be purchased from E-File Magic. The cost is about $25.50 for one form, which includes processing of the data with the IRS. E-File Magic is an IRS authorized e-File provider.
