recover deleted photos eIMAGE Recovery is a tool to recover digital photos and multimedia from media that is defective or damaged, as well as images that you may have accidentally deleted from your storage card. This program works with most types of digital camera storage including SmartMedia, CompactFlash, Sony Memory Sticks, IBM Micro Drives, Flash cards, and others. The interface is easy to use and offers a fast scan, as well as an in-depth scan, and displays the images that can be recovered as thumbnails, while marking the ones that appear damaged. We took eIMAGE Recovery to the test with a freshly formatted 1GB FlashCard, that contained 80 images before formatting (via camera). The program did not only recover all the recently deleted files, but found a total of 440 files, many of them gone through multiple (previous) camera formats. eIMAGE Recovery supports all popular image formats, including Canon Raw (CRW), Kodak Raw (DCR), Nikon Raw (NEF) and several other specialized formats. If you have lost your images due to accidental deletion or damage, eIMAGE Recovery may be your best chance of getting them back.

Trial Limitations: 30 day trial. Some features disabled.

Recovered deleted photos from SD card. Inconvenient to require two downloads- one for the demo, an additional one once you pay for it. Otherwise the application works quickly and efficiently. showShow review details
Very good 5 stars by gimpguy Sep 28, 2008 (Read all my 655 reviews)
I think this is a top notch software and I don't say this too often but it's worth the money. It's interface is excellent, fast depending what your needs are of course as with anything and does the job. The downside, there are free ones that do just as well in the tests I did anyway, not saying they are top notch tests but recovered the same overwritten files as the free did. It did however, recover more files, problem was, they were still unusable. That still highers the chances though of getting back lost pics and such than some of the free versions out there. So yeah, I think it's definitely worth a checking out and the money if you do buy one. This would at least be one you wouldn't lose out on. showShow review details
