- Automatically upgrades existing 1.30 config files to 1.31 schema.
Added support for SMTP Authentication.
When `Start Polling` is clicked it will immediately poll w/o waiting for the first interval.
Updates NotifyIcon/Taskbar Icon with current IP so you can mouse-over the icon to see the IP.
No longer attempts to e-mail/ftp if offline condition detected (IP from router is 0.0.0.0, 000.000.000.000, etc.).
