    Change:
    Added the ability to minimize Tweaking Toolbox XP to the taskbar.

    UPDATE: Updated various items description text to indicate functions more clearly.
    FIX: Users are no longer allowed to lock themselves out of Windows. Previously this was possible.
    FIX: `Start menu & Taskbar > Start menu & Taskbar > Remove All Programs ` is now grayed out when using `Classic` mode Start menu.
    FIX: `Start menu & Taskbar -> Start menu & Taskbar -> Remove Printers & Faxes` is now grayed out when using `Classic` mode Start menu.
    FIX: `Desktop > Effects > Enable Clear Type on Welcome` was not working correctly.
    FIX: Guest account can no longer uninstall Windows components using Tweaking Toolbox XP.

    Re-designed a number of icons in TT-XP.
    TT-XP can now remember the last opened page of the program.
    TT-XP can be set to create a `Restore Point` when running the program.
    TT-XP will show the current selected user profile in the status bar of the program.
