- new feature : possibility to add a search engine to your website that can be configured from the "Search Engine" tab of the TOWeb settings dialog box (feature only available in Professional and e-Commerce editions of TOWeb). Our technical support page uses this search engine.
new feature : in the Professional and e-Commerce editions of TOWeb, it is now possible to create an manage several website through a new site management screen available from the "Start" step of TOWeb.
new feature : you can upgrade your Personal license to a Professional license directly from the "License" menu button located on the top left corner of TOWeb.
improvement : you can now insert the "last modified" date of your website in the bottom of all your web pages using the predefined %TW-DATE% field in the texts of the footer messages.
improvement : links embedded into texts with the double brackets syntax as well as script and text fields are now usable into the cells of your tables. As an example, you can see the result of our feature chart comparison table in our Order page.
improvement : the Italian dictionary has been updated for the spell checking.
improvement : the character set ISO-8859-11 (Tha) is now supported.
improvement : Greek and Italian default strings have been updated.
bugfix : banner texts, buttons texts (back, next..) and some message texts are now drawn correctly by using the character set of the website. This should solve many issues regarding the use of non latin character sets.
bugfix : with the e-Commerce edition of TOWeb, websites visited under Mozilla FireFox could have displayed wrong payment instructions to the visitor for check or wire transfer payments.
bugfix : the bookmarks made with the syntax ##bookmark## are no longer visible in the catalog items titles displayed in the order form
bugfix : the Terms & Conditions of Sales could have been incorrectly displayed if they were containing apostrophes in their content.
bugfix : adding a new paragraph or panel at the beginning of a catalog item may have switched the content of these panel and paragraph
bugfix : the menu of the website was incorrectly updated when the option "No menu button for this topic" was checked.
