- Insert frame bug fixed.
Installer now exe instead of msi

- Installation file created. The program will be installed properly and the associations for animation and stick figure files will be set so that they can be opened by double clicking.
Piv and Stk files have their own icons.
Backgrounds can now be loaded as jpeg.
Warnings added for when a user tries to replace a file with the same filename.
