The installer installs SiteKiosk correctly when selecting the option to use a user-defined installation folder.
A print job now needs user confirmation if this option has been selected in the configuration of SiteKiosk.
Selecting that the shell replacement should apply to all users under the user-defined start options does no longer start a Windows Explorer window under the SiteKiosk user.
Fixed problems resulting from not installing the SiteKiosk user during installation. The option to not install the SiteKiosk user is now only available by using the command line for installation.
