- This new version adds an initial check of the Messenger service to ensure it is running. This is due to increasing cases where WinXP SP II or Popup blockers turn it off.
There is a new topic in the help file about the Messenger service as well.

- This has a new feature which when selected, stops the application from closing when the Windows X button is clicked. The new option makes the application minimise instead. This prevents closing the application by mistake when you wish to keep it loaded.

Sender alias . Now you can send messages under an alias instead of your machine name. E.g. Use your full name as a message alias
The alias gets stored in saved messages and is included in exports/imports of messages
The help file has been updated to reflect this new option.

- This update includes 2 new features -
1. In the Options dialog there is now the Display extra information on the status bar check box. This will display PC and server IP addresses and user s full names on the status bar.
2. In the View menu, there is now a Show Message Status window option which allows the user to look again at the message status window once a message has been sent.
There was also a minor bugfix and the help file has been updated with the new options.

- The new download file is a Windows installation program to automatically install NTSend. It also provides an uninstallation icon. The new program version now has a feature to save messages along with their recipients for future re-use. These messages can also be exported to another user or machine.
