added thresholds to every single graph; graphs background turns yellow when the threshold is exceeded, orange when the average exceed the threshold and red when there is an error (host unreachable, etc.). Each graph has a little button (marked `T`) for editing the threshold.

hosts file now incorporates the threshold for each host, see example file `hosts.txt`
double-clicking on a graph shows individual logs, double-click on the log to view the graph
new option: save individual logs (from right click graph menu)
