add: Automatically builds a breakpoints list by an input time.
add: Save Breakpoints List and split file tag info.
add: Self-filename for each split file (directly from ID3v2 or ID3v1 Title).
add: Copy the tag split file data directly from the original file.
add: ID3v1 and ID3v2 tag Editor for each split file.
add: Read/Write original tag file ID3v1 and ID3v2.
add: Start with 0 and last frame in breakpoints list (full original file).
add: Breakpoint List controls directly via push-buttons (Eliminated old pop-up-menu).
add: Resizeable window and moveable control panels to solve some visual errors.
fix: Some errors (MMSYSTEM264 and similar) when open mp3 audio file.
Mega mp3 splitter uses directly MCI command strings to open and play mp3 audio files
(in any case see problems help page).
fix: Visual time error.
