- work items: new command `duplicate work item` tasks & summary: task creation time can be shown in the status bar

- `Copy Work Items to Clipboard` command copies currently displayed work items to the Clipboard where from this data can be pasted into a spreadsheet or other application. `Start Same Task` command (available for work items) starts a new job for the same task and with the same description as the selected work items. Export settings are saved and restored between sessions.
