LookDisk update history @SnapFiles

This page shows you how often LookDisk has been updated with us over the past few months. We also try to include additional information for each update (new features, changes etc.), however this information may not always be available.

Enhancement: Replaced own file copy function with Windows file copy (Shell-Function) instead of own so that ADS (alternate data streams) and Windows Security attributes are also copied
Bug-fix: Ff folder name in archive then no name was shown under file name column (now folder-name)
Bug-fix: Disk overview, showing properties for a drive was not working
Enhancement: While sorting large file lists `alive` sign shown in status bar (flashing Sorting....)
Bug fix: Files hat are physically the same are no longer wrongly identified as duplicates

Enhancement: In the copy/move files window up to 100 destination folders are now saved and can be easily retrieved (drop-down list).
Bug fix: In the disk overview window, even if there is no CD/DVD disk inserted LookDisk can now recognize the drive type correctly.

List of folders to be searched/excluded is not entirely deleted when only one entry is selected for deletion
List of duplicate files is now also sorted by name (within same file size)
File copy/move window retains last used folder for copy/move.

Tab-delimited format is now available
CSV-Format can now be opened directly with Excel
Empty line between duplicate file groups (for CSV & Tab-formats) for better readability
