Made the deletion of files to the trash much faster by batching the deletes in one hit instead of 1 file per delete.
Put up a `working...` dialog (with a Cancel button) while an action is being completed.
Added a pane in the status bar so that when you click a drive it gives the amount of free space and the total drive space.
Fixed the start menu shortcut.
