Improved `Preference` setting interface
Improved left pane display. Move the mouse over certain cataloged disc or folder item in the left pane, and accompanying text appears describing the item properties information such as label, comments, location and so on.

- 1. Drag-and-Drop more than one item from `Category` tab to another category in the left pane. Before only one item can be operated within the left pane.
2. Support dragging a folder or drive letter from Windows Explorer and dropping it within EverCD
