  • Elecard MPEG Player ver 5.3 includes a new version of Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder, and MPEG-4 Video Decoder. DXVA support in the Elecard MPEG2 Decoder significantly decreases CPU usage and provides substantial performance gains. The Elecard MPEG Decoder incorporated in the Player ver 5.3 is Windows XP Media Center Edition compatible.
