Builder Window Statusbar displayes the Visibility Area for your page matching to defined menu window settings
Some Special Command support for some actions which can be useful for CD menu but are not supported by Ms Internet Explorer is added
Browser Control with keyboard is added you can navigate all active elements from keyboard by pressing Tab and Enter keys
Connection Status (Internet/Offline) is now displayed in CD menu statusbar
