1) New feature: The Delete button in the Edit Cookie dialog deletes the cookie associated with the current web page.
2) Bug-fix: The Test All button on the proxy management page didnt work properly.
2) Bug-fix: Exceptions (addresses to access directly by bypassing the proxy server) were ignored after selecting a proxy server from the toolbar.
