added a list events view. The list view is similar to the week view, but without the small calendars, and with a user specified date range. Improved error logging if a run-time exception is thrown. Edit calendar now verifies the presence of custom headers or footers on save. An error in the resource conflict detection code has been fixed. An issue in the file upload form that could cause file names and descriptions with double-byte characters to be corrupted has been fixed. Several small time zone display related issues in search and item view have been fixed.

The resource Gantt chart view is now available to users who are not logged in. The publicAdd.jsp page now allows users to add resources when creating events. The column width for the month view calendar is now fixed. A unique CSS style is now called to allow special formatting of the current date cell in the calendar. HTML formatted email templates are now supported for notification and reminder messages. A non-US locale related bug in the Palm sync program was fixed. Another bug in the Palm sync program was fixed, allowing it to work with Tungsten series PDAs.

A configuration option was added to set code page to a user specified value (e.g. iso-8859-1) instead of being forced to UTF-8. NPE was fixed when the sync module was used on a calendar with no items. Invoking the date picker with an invalid date in the associated text box would lock up the browser. Support for a 24-hour time format was added to the Gantt Chart view. The purge screen was repaired so it will not purge future items.

This release adds significant ease of use features. Navigation is much improved, and error messages are made easier to read and understand. Localization work continues. In sum, v 2.1.13 adds 21 small enhancements and 3 minor bug fixes.
