This release of Auction X2 contains a brand new set of photograph features including an archive, search and retrieve facility. Designed to allow you to store all your eBay gallery photos and retrieve in the future for fast relisting.

Bug fix to ensure all entered overheads are displayed in the Purchase Ledger tabbed view.

This release of Auction X2 contains a new graph report - Profit By Keyword Analysis. The report analyses the most frequently used keywords in your sold items by profit made. This can help you to tailor item descriptions when listing to maximise profit.

The budget graph will now also allow you to filter by search criteria. This will allow you to create specific annual budgets for products for example DVDs. You can then filter your data by DVD and run the DVD budget graph to track your business progress.

The eBay invoice import will now import more subscription fees to the purchase ledger including Sales Manager Pro, Sales Reports Plus and Shop subscriptions.

Any credits in the eBay invoice imported are now shown on the purchase ledger and deducted correctly.

Fixed a bug to the eBay invoice import of purchase ledger entries for ebay.com users.

We have added a new radio button option to the options dialog in AX2. This will allow you to select your date format as either US mm/dd/yyyy or UK dd/mm/yyyy.

Ensures that selling item data (particularly purchase cost) when passed across to sold items is correctly initialised to zero if you have not already entered it against the item(s).

Added a new Tip Of The Day explaining the need to swap Total Cost in your ebay pages for Postage (UK) or Shipping (US) cost when using the new version of eBay. Without this change AX2 cannot import your data.

User updates to paypal costs and postage costs were being overwritten on subsequent imports of sold items. This has now been fixed.

Parent categories that contained an ampersand & were not always importing correctly. This is now fixed.

We have found a longstanding bug in the Profit By Day Of Listing report which meant that this report available for registered users has been inaccurate. This is now fixed in this release.

You will now see the Location from which you purchased each item displayed in the Sold, Unsold and Selling pages of AX2 as the last column in each page.
The right click pop-up menus for the selling page now allows you to enter the location each item was purchased from. Please remember to setup your locations once you install AX2.
The right click pop-up menus for the selling and watched item pages now allow you to delete item(s).
As items sell or become unsold any purchased location data automatically carries across from your selling items to the sold and unsold pages.

When updating the sold items page AX2 didn t always update the total price, total profit and any PayPal charges. This is now fixed.
Price Tracker in AX2 was no longer importing postage costs into the total price when looking at each sold item. These are now successfully imported.

You can now enter purchase costs into selling items by right clicking the selling item in AuctionX2 and choosing Enter Purchase Cost... from the shortcut menu. You can also multi select items, right click them and enter a purchase cost in one go for all of the selected items.

A major enhancement in this release is that now when your selling items end and you go on to import your sold and unsold items all of your purchase costs and category information you entered against your selling items will automatically update against your sold and unsold items.

In the pop up menu reached by right clicking on any sold item a new option has been added to contact the buyer. This feature auto populates an email ready for you to complete and send to the buyer s email address with a subject line constructed from the ebay item number and description.

Hints have been added to the menu tree and the post import dialog boxes advising the user of additional features.

Postage costs imported for sold items will now update in AuctionX2 if they change on subsequent imports.
Some improvements to the importing of watched items into AuctionX2.
AuctionX2 now checks your screen resolution on startup to ensure it is high enough (minimum requirement is 1024x768).
On import AuctionX2 now checks to see if you are currently running the eBay beta and if so provides guidance for correct use. Note. Future versions of AuctionX2 will also support the eBay beta.
Further user guidance notes on any warning messages relating to importing data.

The Profit Cost Analysis Graph when displayed as a pie chart now shows all amounts correctly to only two decimal places.

A fix to the Send Emails dialog in Windows Vista which was not correctly displaying pending emails.
Changed the default filter year to 2009 for all new installs.

We have included a new report in this release. The full inventory report gives you a list of your items telling you how many of each item you have sold, not sold and the last date you sold one of them.

A fix to the printing of reports to ensure additional blank pages are not output to the printer at the end of each report.

We have added a new section to AuctionX2 called Accounts. In this release this new section contains budget functionality which includes an input form or grid for you to create and revise your forecasted profits by eBay category and month and a new graph for reporting on your forecast for the year against your actual sales performance.

You can now print all of the text based reports in AuctionX2. You will find a Print button at the bottom of the report window. AuctionX2 will automatically set your printer to A4 paper size and Portrait to print each report.

We have improved category importing and fixed a potential problem where the background job which checks for bid reminders could have interrupted a category import that was underway.

Fixed a bug where the paid status was not always importing for some ebay.com users.
