ColorImpact is an advanced tool for designing harmonious color schemes to be used on the web or elsewhere. It includes several built in color formulas including triads, complements and analogous colors and you can also design your own custom color formulas. Color schemes can be exported as Photoshop palettes, as CSS Style Sheets, HTML specifications, color swatch image files or simply copied to the clipboard. The Test Pattern mode allows you to view and test how multiple colors will look together, using various layouts with up to 8 different colors. Additional features include color picker, color drag/drop, detailed help and an attractive interface.

ColorSkate is a color picker that can help you discover harmonious color schemes. You can pick a color from anywhere on your screen and it automatically generates a palette with 11 harmonious color tones that can be adjusted to your preference. The program also includes tools to extract color values from a photo or web page, as well as several color palettes to choose from. You can create and save your own color schemes, preview them as a website template, print color sample sheets, copy color values to the clipboard (7 formats supported) and more. Other features include support for web-safe color conversions, favorite colors, desktop capture and more.

Easy Hues is a program that lets you create color schemes easily. With Easy Hues, you can create random color schemes from among 16 million colors. Use the HEX value or the RGB value of the colors in your favourite image editing program.The shear randomness of the schemes gets you stunning combinations of colors that you never would have imagined. You can fine tune this randomness with easy Hues control panel.

Instant Color Picker enables you to collect colors from anywhere on your screen and store them in a palette from where you can export them to a variety of color codes (RGB, HSL, HTML Hex, ActionScript, Delphi , VC++ and VB) or a color swatch bitmap. The eye dropper includes a zoom feature for detail selection as well as support for pixel averages and keyboard shortcuts.

Color Schemer is a tool to help you create coordinated color schemes. Simply enter (or use the on-screen picker) a color value and the program displays 16 color matches that work with the original color. Colors can then be added to a favorites palette and saved for later use. The program also offers a simple web page preview, and can save color shemes as web page layout.

ColorPlus enables you to pick colors from anywhere on your screen and copy the color code in RGB, HTML, Delphi Hex, VB Hex, HSV and other formats. When activated, the color picker attaches itself to your mouse cursor and display a real-time magnification along with the currently selected pixel color - a click with your mouse will capture the color and copy the code to the clipboard. You can also collect different colors and preview how they will look next to each or in background/text display. In addition, the program includes a screen capture option that allows you to capture any screen object, as well as application interfaces or the entire desktop. The screen captures can be saved as PNG or BMP format.

RGB Editor for Windows is a small utility useful for selecting and creating RGB colors for graphics projects. The values of the red, green and blue components are displayed and easily transfered to your source code files. Custom colors can be defined and saved for use in other projects. Custom color swatches can also be copied to the clipboard. RGB Editor for Windows 95/98/NT can be configured to optionally place its program icon in the taskbar notification tray.
