Photocopier Expert (formerly SimpleCopier) is a straightforward and easy to use photocopier software that lets you quickly print a copy of any document from your scanner. You can simply insert a document into your scanner and press the Copy button, to have your printer produce a 1:1 copy of it. You can also modify the print result by reducing the size, adding a copyright text and changing the color settings. In addition, the program offers support for command line input, email sending, and comes with a wizard interface that will create pre-configured shortcuts for one-click scanning operations with settings of your choice. Photocopier Expert is very easy to use for non-technical users, but also provides many advanced options that let you customize and automated the copy process.

PaperCut NG is a print monitoring and charging system for Windows networks. It allows you to assign print and Internet usage credits to user, and deduct them as they are using the service. If credits are used up, the user will be blocked from printing or Internet usage. The program offers a flexible restrictions scheme that also allows for unrestricted use (can be set per-user), yet denying print jobs that exceed a specified number of pages, use a selected color mode and more. This way the system can be used in a user-pays environment, or simply to monitor usage and limit excess use or abuse of resources. In order to control Internet usage, your network must use a supported proxy server (ISA Server, Squid, WinGate and FreeProxy). PaperCut NG is free for small networks with up to 5 users, or on a standalone PC.

Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker enables you to design and print CD and DVD labels, using a variety of template designs, background images, text labels and more. The program can automatically import the tracks from an Audio CD or a playlist and print them on the label and jewel case inserts. You can also use the included templates or your own clipart to design custom labels for any occasion. The program supports most major stock label manufacturers as well as Lightscribe technology. Other features include spiral and curved text support, ready-to-use layout templates, automatic printer alignment, Video DVD / Chapter support and more.

Miraplacid Publisher enables you to convert any printable documents into an image format, PDF file or website presentation. It allows you to scale the image as needed, set output format and compression ratio, remove unused border white space and more. The program installs as a virtual printer and can be accessed from the print dialog of any application. Instead of sending it to your paper printer, simply select the Miraplacid Publisher, choose an output format and save it to file. The dialog offers a wide range of pre-defined output settings, so you can simply choose the one that fits your needs, or you can adjust it for custom results. Besides many other uses, it offers superb support for web page printing; you can preview the print output, combine multiple pages into one or remove items that you don t want printed. For example: If you travel, you need to print out your itinerary, hotel and car reservations, any maps you need and perhaps a list of restaurants and attractions. This means printing a lot of web pages and carrying them with you. With FinePrint, its easy to assemble your pages, save them and rearrange them in the order you want. When your set of pages is ready to go, print them out as a convenient booklet or combine snippets of information into a single page, rather than a stack of paper with mostly unnecessary information. FinePrint is a must-have tool for anyone that frequently prints information off the web.

INTELLIscribe is an LPR Print Client that enables you to send documents to printers and print servers anywhere in the world using the the TCP/IP Internet protocol. It transforms the users print environment into a print distribution center. A wizard interface allows you to add as many virtual printers as you like and to associate real remote printers with the virtual printers. INTELLIscribe runs in the system tray, seamlessly redirecting the virtual printer output to the remote printers. The program also includes an optional command-line interface to automatically print during low-impact hours, print filenames, and send files across a network. Additional features include Round-robin printing, broadcast printing, fail-over printing, easy reprint, archiving, drag-and-drop, and more. For multi-printer environments, the program also supports Destination Balancing; new print jobs coming in will be sent to the printer that has been the least used. The remote printers need to be accessible via TCP/IP.

PhotoMix allows you to create image collages by assembling multiple images into one single graphic. You can select from different layouts and then simply drag the images into the marked locations. Individual layouts can be saved andthe result can then be printed or exported to a BMP, GIF or JPG file. PhotoMix supports most popular graphic formats and you can create and output images of any size. The program is very easy to use and produces nice looking results.

Unlike most other check printing products, that require you to purchase blank check templates, CheckPrinter uses your existing wallet-size bank checks (from your checkbook) and prints payee, amount, word amount, date, memo, signature and notes into your (wallet size) check. The built-in Layout Editor supports a wide range of printers and check layouts and allows you to visually customize the settings, so they match your check format. A sample check layout is included. The ID cards are of professional quality (several templates come included) and well suited for various uses, including schools, libraries, membership, corporate security cards, convention cards etc. IDpack can print on plain paper, using your existing printer and does not require any special equipment. It comes with a collection of customizable designs - just fill in your personal information and you`re ready to go. Or you can change the color and style of any object or create new ones from scratch. The program supports popular business card papers (Avery, Maaco etc.) or you can add your own. An easy to use step-by-step wizard guides you through creating your card and a WYSIWYG interface allows for further editing.

InkSaver allows you to reduce the amount of ink used by inkjet printers. Based on your preference, you can reduce ink usage by up to 75%, while maintaining good quality and high resolution, especially in the 25% area. Unlike the Draft option that comes with your printer settings, InkSaver does not reduce ink usage by printing low resolution, but intelligently reduces the amount of ink use, maintaining high resolution output. Basically the colors will fade a little, the more you increase the ink savings percentage. This is clearly visible at maximum savings mode, but barely noticeable around the 25% area. The program works fully automatically after installation, and all you need to do is adjust the level of ink savings that you want to use. An optional tray icon also provides quick access to change the default level, so you can easily print high quality documents as needed. InkSaver also offers an Ink Savings Estimator that can calculate how much money you will save based on your yearly usage and price you pay for a cartridge.

TicketCreator enables you to print tickets for various events, like concerts, theater performances, sport matches and so on. You create simple or complex venues with custom seating arrangements and different prices for each section. The program will automatically generate a seating chart and also keep track of ticket sales and reservations. You can design and print your own tickets using text, images and backgrounds. PrintTrak (formerly Printer Squirrel) is a server/client application that monitors print jobs being sent to local or network printers and keeps logs and/or optionally sets usage charges. It is designed for environments where charging for printing needs to occur instantaneously, or where a number of individuals or groups are working together using the same equipment and need to be charged accordingly. The charges can be set based on paper size and color usage, and the program supports multiple charge profiles for different printers. Other features include email alerts, user and group management, custom queries to locate print jobs, web administration interface and more.

PrintFolders provides a simple way to print contents of folders into a plain text (TXT) or HTML file. You can set filters for files to be included, choose to include or exclude file names, file extensions, full paths and more. In addition, you can specify colors for HTML output, set a custom root (for publishing on the web) and include ID3 tag information for MP3 files. ProPoster enables you to print posters and banners, using your regular size printer. You can load a high resolution image into the program and it will split the image to fit on a series of letter size pages that can be glued together in order to assemble a seamless poster. ProPoster automatically considers overlap, page orientation and print margins and can optionally print cut lines onto the pages to assist with the assembly. It supports most image file formats as well as Twain import from your scanner. You can choose from standard paper sizes A0 - A3) or use custom size specifications.

O&K Print Watch allows for centralized monitoring and auditing of all printing activity on Windows print servers. Klick-N-View Business Cards also includes a database for personal information, making it easy to quickly print new designs for different users. The program offers support for most common Avery papers.

Print Inspector is a print management and auditing solution that lets you manage the print jobs queued to any shared printer on the network. You can pause or cancel any job, view the printed document properties, resume the job or restart it and print the document from the very beginning. In addition, it provides easy access to the printer and print server settings and offers print auditing capabilities with detailed statistics and estimated cost as well as export to CSV. A built-in reporting tool enables you to print basic reports based on the collected data.

SenLab is a uniquely simple tool to create label sheets with multiple address on them. It uses a simple text file as input and automatically formats the output based on popular label templates (Avery), or your custom specifications. You can further customize font and alignment, border width and the program can automatically reduce the font size to make individual labels fit. The simplicity of the input format also makes it useful for use in conjunction with database output. SenLab is very easy to use, just look at the screenshot and you`ll get the idea.

Business Card Studio allows you to to create business cards, using a WYSIWYG interface. It includes several templates to get you started and you can also create your own designs from scratch, using the supplied editing tools. You can draw shapes, insert elements, clipart, backgrounds, logos, text and more. Business Card Studio uses a vector graphics engine and the results can be exported to BMP, JPEG, EMF or WMF format. The program is mostly a design tool, it does not offer any direct business card printing support, other than your standard print command.

SilverFast PrinTao enables you to print multiple images on the same page using print templates. The photos can be freely arranged, rotated and sized, and you can also add text and insert EXIF/IPTC data into the comment areas. A small file browser window allows you to drag and drop images directly into the template. Other features include image frames and built in color management.

BookPrinXP enables you to save ink and paper by printing booklets with 2, 4 8 or 16 pages on a single sheet of paper (front and back). The program prepares the print jobs, so that you can print on both sides of the sheets by simply re-inserting them after the first side has been printed. You can optionally add watermarks, customize page headers/footers, set margins and more. The program can also print posters (up to 4x4 sheets), CD inlays and greeting cards.

Dataland CD Label Designer lets you design and print CD jewel case and DVD box labels, round disk labels and booklets. You can add images, backgrounds, circular text, as well as shapes and object layers to decorate the labels. If you are creating a label for an Audio CD, the program can automatically extract the song titles from the CD via FreeDB, so you can insert them on the label. The design of the labels is mostly left to your creativity as the software does not include any artwork, except for some generic, and not very attractive, background images (wood textures, bubbles and the like). Other than that, Dataland CD Label Designer is easy to use and does the job. It supports all popular label formats, including Avery, Neato, Stomper and other templates.

Flipbook Printer is a unique program that enables you to print small flipbooks, using standard (Avery) business card stock. You can load short video file, set a start and end point, and then have the program extract a specified number of continuous frames and assemble them in a print layout. You can control the number of frames and pages to print, include a cover and back page, preview the results and then print the book. The printed cards can then be stapled together at the end to create the finished flipbook.

PixPrint offers an easy way to print multiple images on a single sheet. You can drag and drop photos into position, rotate them, resize them with your mouse to fit into the layout and then print the page, export it as image file or PDF document. The program also includes image filters that let you adjust brightness, contrast, gamma and other details, as well as thumbnail printing (contact sheets), thumbnail export, image captions with EXIF support and more.

Pics Print is a tool for digital image printing, that allows you to see and adjust your print layout in the preview window, add text annotations and more. The program is especially useful to create print layouts of different style and size, with the option to batch print entire folders and to preview multiple pages in the same window. In addition, it includes wizards to create greeting cards, contact sheets as well as a poster wizard. PicsPrint can also create camera thumbnails, import from your scanner (if you don t have a digital camera) and allows for some basic image editing functions and Red Eye Removal. In addition, you can print to PDF or bitmap

PhotoPrinter is a tool to resize and arrange photos for printing. It can also arrange your photos automatically to use the optimal layout, helping you to save photo paper and the time it takes to arrange images for printing. In addition, it uses an advanced algorithm for resizing to provide high quality results. You can also fine-tune your photos by improving colors, removing red-eyes and more with built-in Photo Enhancer. Your layouts can be saved and retrieved at a later time for modification or reprinting.

Art Directory Print can print directory and CD listings and save them as the HTML files, which you can send by email or publish to web. It adds itself to the Windows Explorer context menu for folders and allows printing with just 3 mouse clicks. You have total control over the output and can specify what columns will be printed as well as their order and width. The program comes with additional file filter options, that allow you to filter by name, date, size and by attributes. You can select the level of the recursive folder processing, order output based on several criteria and customize the output format (font, color etc.).

PhotoOne Print allows you to print photo collages by using one of various template designs, or creating your own. You can position your images and text by simply dragging your images into place, resize them, add text and more. The program includes several standard print layouts and supports a variety of page sizes. It also includes several design suggestion that you can use or customize. Additional features include a library of image frames and masks, as well as basic image editing functionality and red-eye removal. PhotoOne Print supports 40 image formats.

APFill helps you calculate ink or toner coverage (in percentage) on the page before printing it, enabling you to estimate the cost of printing. The program also includes several area measurement tools that enable you to measure perimeters or color fill of selected areas. APFill supports RGB, CMYK, HSB, LAB and Grayscale. The program is probably of little use to the average home user but can be handy if you have a frequent need to estimate printing costs.

AutoDoc HSE (formerly CMB AutoDoc) is a virtual print driver that can email, fax and archive your documents by simply from any software that supports the Print command. You can simply select the AutoDoc printer entry instead of your regular paper printer and the program will process your document based on the embedded comments. In order to make this work, you need to add a line of text to the document that indicates the email address or phone number of the recipient. By default the program is configure to look for invisible white text on white background, but you can change this to a color of your choice. While this seems to be a convenient way to process documents, it also limits the use to documents that you have full editing control over, and is probably not suitable for images, drawings or similar documents. AutoDoc HSE can email documents with optional attachments, archive documents in PDF format (also based on colored text tags), integrate with Goldmine and more. The program will work well if you are aware of the limitations and requirements to make it work.

O&K Printer Viewer Pro enables you to review all documents that have been printed on your computer. You can view the actual document in full size and optionally print another copy of it. If your printer is configured to save printed documents, the program can load them from the printer queue, or you can open the following file formats directly: PCL5, HP-GL/2,PCL6 (PCL XL), GDI printing(ZjStream) and EMF Spooled Files.

PrintSniffer allows system administrator to monitor and control printing in their corporate network. It provides logging and reporting features that allow for a clear view of what is being printed, how much paper is consumed, etc. PrintSniffer can log to a text file or database via ODBC or ADO connection string. Supports unlimited printers, including network printers.

Digital Camera Poster Creator lets you create posters of any size from your digital photographs - only limited by the resolution of the images. It takes a digital image and slices it into portions that can be printed with any standard printer and then assembled (with glue and scissors) into a full-size poster. The program can automatically compensate for paper overlap, so that you don`t cover portions of the image when patching the pieces together. The program cannot print the files directly, but lets you save them to your hard drive from where you can use your favorite printing software to print the individual slices.

1-More PhotoCalendar lets you create simple, printable calendars, using your own pictures. You can optionally add comments and a title to each page and also select the size of the calendar/image and add a few effects. The start and end dates of the calendar are user configurable. The trial version is limited to black and white printing.

SuperCool Office Assistant is a simple contact database that allows you to design and print envelopes, labels, letters and more, and automatically integrate selected customer information in the output. In addition, it can also be used to send email to all selected contacts, or to print DVD/CD labels. The program can import data from dBASE, ASCII txt, Access, Excel, Paradox and SQL server databases and export to dBASE, ASCII txt and Excel. The program has a basic interface that goes along with basic features. It does not support any Avery templates nor any other brands.

EZ Print Factory allows you to print your pictures in many different styles and formats. You can choose from standard print styles (4x5, 5x7, 8x10, etc) album page styles, and various collage styles. Simply drag and drop your pictures into position, add captions and optionally print a border. The program allows you to easily switch between different layouts and preview the results before printing.

Active Printer is a small and very simple utility, that allows you to switch the currently active printer from the system tray, or an optional floating toolbar. The tool is only useful for people that have to constantly switch between multiple printers.

Cool Barcode Maker is a WYSWYG 1D and 2D barcode printing software. It can create a variety of different 1D and 2D format barcodes and output them to your printer.
