DepositWiz enables you to print professional quality deposit tickets that conform to bank standards and include an itemized summary of items for your records. It is designed for small business owners or landlords that need to deposit a fair number of checks every month, and includes a Fast-Fill feature to speed-up entry for recurring payments. Your deposit tickets are also stored in the program database and encrypted to protect your information.

Pics Print is a tool for digital image printing, that allows you to see and adjust your print layout in the preview window, add text annotations and more. The program is especially useful to create print layouts of different style and size, with the option to batch print entire folders and to preview multiple pages in the same window. In addition, it includes wizards to create greeting cards, contact sheets as well as a poster wizard. PicsPrint can also create camera thumbnails, import from your scanner (if you don t have a digital camera) and allows for some basic image editing functions and Red Eye Removal. In addition, you can print to PDF or bitmap

Visual Business Cards allows you to design and print your own professional looking business cards using an easy-to-use visual design window. You can insert clip art, select a background and use use the included tools for unique text effects, objects, 3D text and more. The program includes a collection of 100 different background styles (more for registered users) and 50 ready-to-use template designs to get you started. and choose from over 100 supplied business card background art images. Visual Business Cards works with all standard business card stock from Avery and other suppliers.

Calendar Builder is a visual WYSIWYG design tool to create your own custom calendars, using colors, images, event icons, custom text areas, borders, backgrounds, gradient text and more. It supports recurring events like birthdays, anniversaries, holidays (list included), and you can choose from more than a dozen different calendar types. Each calendar type can be customized and saved as a template for later use. The finished calendar can be printed or saved as BMP or JPG file.

Visual Labels is an easy to use program, that lets you design and print various types of labels, including VCR labels, jar and bottle labels, folder labels, return address labels, name tags and many others (NOT DVD or CD though). It offers several tools to help you design your label; you can use shaped text, circular text, gradients, and also insert shapes, images, rich text and symbols - all with simple drag and drop positioning. We could only find support for Avery templates, but you can also create your own template based on custom specifications.

ProPoster enables you to print posters and banners, using your regular size printer. You can load a high resolution image into the program and it will split the image to fit on a series of letter size pages that can be glued together in order to assemble a seamless poster. ProPoster automatically considers overlap, page orientation and print margins and can optionally print cut lines onto the pages to assist with the assembly. It supports most image file formats as well as Twain import from your scanner. You can choose from standard paper sizes A0 - A3) or use custom size specifications.

INTELLIscribe is an LPR Print Client that enables you to send documents to printers and print servers anywhere in the world using the the TCP/IP Internet protocol. It transforms the users print environment into a print distribution center. A wizard interface allows you to add as many virtual printers as you like and to associate real remote printers with the virtual printers. INTELLIscribe runs in the system tray, seamlessly redirecting the virtual printer output to the remote printers. The program also includes an optional command-line interface to automatically print during low-impact hours, print filenames, and send files across a network. Additional features include Round-robin printing, broadcast printing, fail-over printing, easy reprint, archiving, drag-and-drop, and more. For multi-printer environments, the program also supports Destination Balancing; new print jobs coming in will be sent to the printer that has been the least used. The remote printers need to be accessible via TCP/IP.

BookPrinXP enables you to save ink and paper by printing booklets with 2, 4 8 or 16 pages on a single sheet of paper (front and back). The program prepares the print jobs, so that you can print on both sides of the sheets by simply re-inserting them after the first side has been printed. You can optionally add watermarks, customize page headers/footers, set margins and more. The program can also print posters (up to 4x4 sheets), CD inlays and greeting cards.

O&K Print Watch allows for centralized monitoring and auditing of all printing activity on Windows NT/2000/XP print servers. It allows the administrator to manipulate the print jobs in queue (Pause, Resume, Delete, Restart) and retrieve detailed information for each print job, including computer name, number of pages, paper size, color mode and more. You can track as many printers simultaneously as needed and the machines can run any operating system. In addition, you can specify the costs per printed document, and the program wil automatically calculate the total, based on paper size and print properties. PrintWatch also maintains a database of overall statistics, per user, per printer and machine.

TicketCreator enables you to print tickets for various events, like concerts, theater performances, sport matches and so on. You create simple or complex venues with custom seating arrangements and different prices for each section. The program will automatically generate a seating chart and also keep track of ticket sales and reservations. You can design and print your own tickets using text, images and backgrounds. Other features include detailed reports, support for season tickets, seat label printing, unlimited venues, and more.

PrintSniffer allows system administrator to monitor and control printing in their corporate network. It provides logging and reporting features that allow for a clear view of what is being printed, how much paper is consumed, etc. PrintSniffer can log to a text file or database via ODBC or ADO connection string. Supports unlimited printers, including network printers.

Remote Print Manager (RPM) is a comprehensive TCP/IP LPD Print Server that expands printing capabilities by giving users more control, formatting options, and file management advantages over traditional network server printing. RPM allows users to customize and control processing of print jobs received on a TCP/IP network from hosts such as mainframes, AS/400s, UNIX and Linux, and other Windows platforms. It fully supports SCS Formatting Instructions and offers many TCP/IP Printing features not normally found with Host over IP printing situations. Additional features include SCS to ASCII translation and EBCDIC to ASCII translation, Remove PCL codes and convert LF to CRLF, ASA carriage control and code page support, the ability to insert and append bytes, Character translations and extensive form printing controls. A Windows 95/98/Me version is also available from the home page.

APFill helps you calculate ink or toner coverage (in percentage) on the page before printing it, enabling you to estimate the cost of printing. The program also includes several area measurement tools that enable you to measure perimeters or color fill of selected areas. APFill supports RGB, CMYK, HSB, LAB and Grayscale. The program is probably of little use to the average home user but can be handy if you have a frequent need to estimate printing costs.

EZ Photo Calendar Creator allows you to create custom photo calendars using your own pictures. You can select from over a dozen different monthly and yearly styles and simply insert your pictures in the pre-defined areas. In addition, you can also insert events like birthdays, anniversaries etc. and create fridge-style calendars with phone numbers. The finished calendar can be previewed and printed on 8.5 x 11 paper of your choice. EZ Photo Calendar Creator provides an easy to use 3 step interface and can also print plain calendars (without pictures) for any year.

Cool Barcode Maker is a WYSWYG 1D and 2D barcode printing software. It can create a variety of different 1D and 2D format barcodes and output them to your printer. Features include barcode preview, custom templates, project support and optional export to BMP image format. PhotoPrinter is a tool to resize and arrange photos for printing. It can also arrange your photos automatically to use the optimal layout, helping you to save photo paper and the time it takes to arrange images for printing. In addition, it uses an advanced algorithm for resizing to provide high quality results. You can also fine-tune your photos by improving colors, removing red-eyes and more with built-in Photo Enhancer. Your layouts can be saved and retrieved at a later time for modification or reprinting.

Klick-N-View Business Cards allows you to design and print your own, quality business cards, greeting cards and labels. It includes various template designs to get started, as well as a collection of clipart, backgrounds and more (registered version). You can design your business cards with the help of background images, logos, text, and other decorations such as lines, rectangles and other shapes, as well as special effects including flipped and rotated text, drop shadows, texture and gradient fills. Klick-N-View Business Cards also includes a database for personal information, making it easy to quickly print new designs for different users. The program offers support for most common Avery papers.

O&K Printer Viewer Pro enables you to review all documents that have been printed on your computer. You can view the actual document in full size and optionally print another copy of it. If your printer is configured to save printed documents, the program can load them from the printer queue, or you can open the following file formats directly: PCL5, HP-GL/2,PCL6 (PCL XL), GDI printing(ZjStream) and EMF Spooled Files.

Dataland CD Label Designer lets you design and print CD jewel case and DVD box labels, round disk labels and booklets. You can add images, backgrounds, circular text, as well as shapes and object layers to decorate the labels. If you are creating a label for an Audio CD, the program can automatically extract the song titles from the CD via FreeDB, so you can insert them on the label. The design of the labels is mostly left to your creativity as the software does not include any artwork, except for some generic, and not very attractive, background images (wood textures, bubbles and the like). Other than that, Dataland CD Label Designer is easy to use and does the job. It supports all popular label formats, including Avery, Neato, Stomper and other templates.

CMB AutoDoc is a virtual print driver that can email, fax and archive your documents by simply from any software that supports the Print command. You can simply select the AutoDoc printer entry instead of your regular paper printer and the program will process your document based on the embedded comments. In order to make this work, you need to add a line of text to the document that indicates the email address or phone number of the recipient. By default the program is configure to look for invisible white text on white background, but you can change this to a color of your choice. While this seems to be a convenient way to process documents, it also limits the use to documents that you have full editing control over, and is probably not suitable for images, drawings or similar documents. CMB AutoDoc can email documents with optional attachments, archive documents in PDF format (also based on colored text tags), integrate with Goldmine and more. The program will work well if you are aware of the limitations and requirements to make it work.

Printer Squirrel is a server/client application that monitors print jobs being sent to local or network printers and keeps logs and/or optionally sets usage charges. It is designed for environments where charging for printing needs to occur instantaneously, or where a number of individuals or groups are working together using the same equipment and need to be charged accordingly. The charges can be set based on paper size and color usage, and the program supports multiple charge profiles for different printers. Other features include email alerts, user and group management, custom queries to locate print jobs, web administration interface and more.

SimpleCopier is a straightforward and easy to use photocopier software that lets you quickly print a copy of any document from your scanner. You can simply insert a document into your scanner and press the Copy button, to have your printer produce a 1:1 copy of it. You can also modify the print result by reducing the size, adding a copyright text and changing the color settings. In addition, the program offers support for command line input, email sending, and comes with a wizard interface that will create pre-configured shortcuts for one-click scanning operations with settings of your choice. SimpleCopier is very easy to use for non-technical users, but also provides many advanced options that let you customize and automated the copy process.

Miraplacid Publisher enables you to convert any printable documents into an image format, PDF file or website presentation. It allows you to scale the image as needed, set output format and compression ratio, remove unused border white space and more. The program installs as a virtual printer and can be accessed from the print dialog of any application. Instead of sending it to your paper printer, simply select the Miraplacid Publisher, choose an output format and save it to file. The dialog offers a wide range of pre-defined output settings, so you can simply choose the one that fits your needs, or you can adjust it for custom results. Miraplacid Publisher supports multi-page TIFF, JPEG, TGA, PNG and BMP. You can also use it to print to paper, and select from several multi-page and scaling options as well as color saturation settings and more.

Acoustica CD/DVD Label Maker enables you to design and print CD and DVD labels, using a variety of template designs, background images, text labels and more. The program can automatically import the tracks from an Audio CD or a playlist and print them on the label and jewel case inserts. You can also use the included templates or your own clipart to design custom labels for any occasion. The program supports most major stock label manufacturers as well as Lightscribe technology. Other features include spiral and curved text support, ready-to-use layout templates, automatic printer alignment, Video DVD / Chapter support and more.

PaperCut Quota is a print monitoring and charging system for Windows networks. It allows you to assign print and Internet usage credits to user, and deduct them as they are using the service. If credits are used up, the user will be blocked from printing or Internet usage. The program offers a flexible restrictions scheme that also allows for unrestricted use (can be set per-user), yet denying print jobs that exceed a specified number of pages, use a selected color mode and more. This way the system can be used in a user-pays environment, or simply to monitor usage and limit excess use or abuse of resources. In order to control Internet usage, your network must use a supported proxy server (ISA Server, Squid, WinGate and FreeProxy). PaperCut Quota is free for small networks with up to 5 users, or on a standalone PC.

MyMailList Deluxe is a mailing list manager and label printing software that you can use for paper mail campaigns, email newsletters and label or envelope printing projects. It supports popular template designs from Avery, NEBS, PaperDirect and other suppliers as well as custom designs with your images - a design tool comes included. The program can import your existing mailing list from various formats, including text based, as well as Access, ACT, dBase, Lotus, Outlook and others. It also supports barcode printing for zip+4 addresses, return address printing, Rolodex and other index cards and several popular address book formats. The email list features support filtering, personalized messages (insert database fields), spell checking, HTML/Text format, and message preview.

PhotoMix allows you to create image collages by assembling multiple images into one single graphic. You can select from different layouts and then simply drag the images into the marked locations. Individual layouts can be saved andthe result can then be printed or exported to a BMP, GIF or JPG file. PhotoMix supports most popular graphic formats and you can create and output images of any size. The program is very easy to use and produces nice looking results.

PrintFolder Pro is a fast and efficient utility that lets you print a list of files located in any folder - and in any number of subfolders. It will automatically generate a text list of the selected directories and allows you to edit the appearance, using tools similar to a word processor. In addition, you can add header and footers, set file masks, select attributes to include and more. The program also includes special support for MP3 files, allows for search and replace operations and can print tree structures.

Unlike most other check printing products, that require you to purchase blank check templates, CheckPrinter uses your existing wallet-size bank checks (from your checkbook) and prints payee, amount, word amount, date, memo, signature and notes into your (wallet size) check. The built-in Layout Editor supports a wide range of printers and check layouts and allows you to visually customize the settings, so they match your check format. A sample check layout is included. In addition to the printing, the program automatically keeps a register, and allows you to setup payees, so you can quickly print checks without having to retype the information every time. The program is very user friendly and provides detailed help and interactive dialogs. Additional features include backup options, integration with MS Money and Quicken, scanned signature support and much more.

EASITax provides a fast and easy way to fill and print large numbers of 1099 and W2 forms and transmittals. You can import the fill data from a comma delimited file, or type it in manually with an option to repeat payer data on each form, and simple drop down selections. The import functionality allows you to use information from any database, which can further speed up the process. EASI Tax prints on IRS standard laser or multi-part forms or plain paper. It currently includes tax forms: 1099-Misc, 1099-Int, 1099-Div, 1099-R, 1096 transmittal, W-2, W-3 transmittal. Easy to use, and a great time saver if you need to fill large numbers of these tax forms.
