RoboTask
RoboTask enables you to automate any combination of tasks on your computer, ranging from simply launching web pages, to checking email, moving or backing up files to uploading or downloading, sending email and much more. The program allows to easily create simple task, as well as highly complex automations, involving conditional IF/ELSE statements, loops, custom variables and other advanced options. It can accommodate just about any type of simple or complex automation, without the need to create batch files or write complicated scripts, as it uses a visual interface that lets you simply select and combine action to fit your needs. The extensive support for conditional actions allows you to not only create automated task, but they can also be executed automatically if certain conditions apply (e.g if a file is moved, if your internet connection goes down, if there is new email etc.). RoboTask can run as NT Service, allowing you to have automated tasks take place, even if you are not logged on. A powerful tool, that provides one of the highest levels of flexibility in its class.
Limagito
Limagito (formerly MoveIt2) is a utility to automatically move files that are added to a specific folder. You can set filters based on the file name, rename files using regular expressions when moving them to the new destination, create directories based on the file name or date and check if the file already exists. The program can move files from/to local folders as well as FTP directories. Limagito offers quite a few features that make the program very flexible and useful for a variety of file management tasks as well as file backups. It runs in the system tray and automatically monitors the selected folders for any additions that match your file moving rules. You can set up to 5 working threads, each with individual settings. Other features include detailed logging, support for subdirectory scanning, command-line options and more. This free Lite version is restricted to a single file moving rule.

Automize

WinScheduler allows you to schedule variety of different tasks to run on defined time or a specific event. You can define your tasks to run every minute, hour, day, week, or month or just once. WinTask Lite
WinTask Lite allows you to automate any repetitive tasks by using a macro recorder, that will simply record what you are doing with your mouse and keyboard, and can then replay it at anytime. The recorder automatically creates an automation script from the recording, and it offers additional statements that can be used to modify the recorded actions (loops, flow control, calculations and more). The Lite version does not support unattended tasks nor scheduling.

KeyText is a multi-purpose text and automation utility, that can store snippets of text, ready to be typed or pasted into any application by using a simple hotkey press or menu selection. Even though the program supports very complex tasks, it is easy-to-use and does not require you to learn any new scripting languages.

Automation Anywhere is an intelligent automation software that enables you to automate complex tasks without any programming. You can either record keyboard and mouse activity or create detailed automation scripts with the help of wizards. The program comes with built-in scheduler, repeat options, multiple variable and debugging support, as well as support for task-chaining, conditional IF statements, file, system and Internet commands. Advanced users can also integrate external scripts within an Automation Anywhere script to automate even more complex tasks.
HotKeycontrol
Hotkeycontrol allows you to set custom hotkeys for specific purposes like launching applications, opening documents, hiding windows, controlling your browser, ejecting your CD, restarting your computer and much more. It can turn any keyboard into a Multimedia or Internet keyboard. You can adjust your volume with a customizable on-screen-display and even send keystrokes which may be used to type in commonly used text. The program is completely customizable in all aspects, even the additional keys on your existing Multimedia/Internet keyboard can be used with Hotkeycontrol and all the hotkeys are functional even in games and in other full-screen Direct 3D applications. The program is limited to 50 hotkeys and 20 macros.

MacroMD supports creating of custom variables and can also write results from a macro step to a new variable that can be passed on to the next step. Advanced users can also take advantage of the integrated Python scripting.
Active Task Manager
Active Task Manager is a simple automation tool that offers the advantage that it can run as Windows service and perform tasks even if you are not logged on to the machine. It supports standard command line executions, as well as reminder messages and shutdown operations. It also offers flexible scheduling to perform tasks on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, or repeat interval like every few minutes.
Kirby Alarm
Kirby Alarm is an alarm and task scheduler that can launch a popup reminder dialog, play a sound, run a program or send an email address in user defined intervals. The scheduling options include simple recurring reminders, as well as more advanced options like every X day of the month, every other Friday, last Monday of the month, last day of the month etc. The program comes with a simple but practical interface and is easy to use. It doesn`t look like much, but actually offers a fairly flexible set of features, and new reminders can be created very quickly. Runs in the system tray.
Kirby Alarm Pro
Kirby Alarm Pro is a combination of personal reminder program and task scheduler, that can automatically remind you of important events with a popup note and optional sound alert, or trigger a variety of other actions including scheduled program launches, FTP uploads, file backups, system shutdowns and more. The program can also be used to send automated emails, either as reminders or recurring notifications. In addition, Kirby Alarm Pro can monitor files and folders for changes and trigger any of the supported actions when the monitored files or folders are changed, files are added or absent or other conditions apply. Other features include optional password protection, built-in To Do list manager, time announcements, and more. Can run as a Service.
